MULTI-TIER QUALITY CONTROL
OPERATIONS SUPERVISORS
Operations Supervisors and Project Managers know and communicate training
procedures at the custodial level AND applied Quality Control Programs required
by various contract requirements. Operations Supervisors randomly inspect
and review the supervisor inspection records.
SUPERVISORS
All on site supervisors and crew supervisors are required to undergo the same training
program that is used at the custodial level as well as training in quality assurance
procedures and inspection methods.
CUSTODIANS
All prospective personnel are required to undergo verbal and written inquiries
before final consideration for employment. Hands-on training is conducted in
how to use, maintain and perform on-the-spot minor repairs of the various types
of equipment used for all job requirements.
Every employee coming in contract with hazardous materials are trained in
the correct method of identification, handing, labeling and first and procedures as
prescribed by OSHA. They are introduced to the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
pertaining to all materials in use and where to find the MSDS files in the case of emergency.
